This yoga workshop for beginners is designed to teach you the basic forms of the Sun Salutation so afterwards you are able to safely incorporate this common sequence into your private practice. The postures seen above are foundational forms for standing poses and the knowledge gained in this class will make the student stronger in any yoga class. There is an open-discussion format for the workshop, meaning questions are answered as they arise and detailed explanation of each pose takes place. Please call us for more details!
