Meet our staff
Our staff are all professionals with years of fitness experience. We have a variety of certified trainers for you to choose from. Each brings their own fitness specialty and unique training style, but all are committed to ensuring safe and effective workouts. Let us match you with the perfect trainer to achieve your fitness dreams.
Elise began her career in the fitness industry 20 years ago in San Francisco. She moved to Austin in 1998, and as an ACE certified personal trainer, she has trained in gyms, fitness studios, and clients’ homes. She started personal training in Wimberley in 2007, and opened Wimberley Fitness Company in 2009. She has enjoyed participating in Tough Mudders, 5Ks, 10Ks, and triathlons.
Elise currently teaches Boot Camp and personally trains several clients per week. She works with individuals of all ages and abilities, as well as with small groups. Many of her clients over the years have been faced with varying health/medical conditions such as Parkinson’s, high blood pressure, scoliosis, low back pain, and cancer. Elise is now a cancer survivor herself, having battled breast cancer this year.
Over the years she has supported the Wimberley community with flood recovery efforts, WAG (2 of her 3 dogs were adopted from WAG), various high school events, sponsored team sports, and has supported many others in the fitness community.
She is proud to serve the Wimberley community by providing a facility with fitness opportunities for everyone. Wimberley Fitness Company is a gym where everyone will feel comfortable and welcome. Elise is so grateful for Wimberley’s support, and she looks forward to the years to come.
Donna is a Certified Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise, a Certified Yoga Teacher through Austin Yoga School, and a Certified Healthways/Silver Sneakers Instructor. She teaches in both a class setting as well as offering private personal training and yoga sessions.
Donna teaches the Senior and Fit class which gives our senior population the opportunity to empower themselves through exercise focusing on posture, strength, mobility, coordination, balance, cardio, and flexibiliy. The goal is to improve and maintain a quality of life and have fun.
Donna also teaches the Gentle Journey Yoga Class which incorporates hatha yoga and breathwork and is aimed at alignment, strenghening and stretching the body. The focus is to share the healing power of yoga to free the mind and body on and off the mat.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Social Work from Stephen F. Austin University. In her private time Donna enjoys listening to all types of music, dancing, gardening, reading, enjoying nature and experiencing the joys of life with family and friends

Cardio Funk Instructor
Connie is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through American Council on Exercise and a Licensed Zumba(R) Instructor through Zumba(R) Fitness. She teaches Cardio Funk at Wimberley Fitness Company which offers a variety of dance moves that will keep you motivated and challenged while having fun burning calories.
For most of her life, Connie has worked with individuals and families of all abilities empowering them reach their maximum potential in a variety of ways. She has found the field of health and fitness to be one of the most rewarding yet.
Connie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southwest Texas State University. She and her husband of 15 years have three handsome sons that are their pride and joy. She enjoys competing in 5K and 10K races, and completing a half marathon race is on her bucket list. Besides running and dancing, in her personal time Connie enjoys cooking, music and outdoor activities with her family and friends.
General Manager/Personal Trainer/ Yoga & Pilates Instructor
Tiffani plays many roles here at WFC. You can catch her teaching our Pilates Circuit & yoga classes, providing personal training, or welcoming visitors at the front desk. Tiffani is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor (ACE), with special training in Pilates, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga, Thai Massage, Dance & Strength Training. She further adds to her credentials with a certification in Sport Nutrition where she brings experience in designing nutritional/dietary plans to supplement specific training and fitness programs. With several years experience in the fitness industry including recently as both as fitness director and club manager of well-known health clubs in Austin, she brings a can-do attitude to the gym and a love for the industry. Tiffani claims that her favorite part of her job is being given the opportunity to make fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone, which can be witnessed in her unique training style which often includes an array of "toys", props, & equipment to keep things interesting. We mustn't forget to mention her other half as well! If you see Tiffani, chances are you'll see her dog, Doobie, trailing right behind her.

Valerie is our bi-lingual (English & Spanish) customer service representative who is more than happy to help any of those out there who may not speak English fluently. Valerie has been a long time member of the gym turned employee after showing what kind of commitment and experience she has with fitness. You can often find her in the gym working out even on her days off!

Sara comes to WFC with over 9 years of experience in the fitness club industry as well as a recent certification as a Personal Trainer. Fitness has been her passion for over 30 years, and she is very excited to be with WFC. In college and for many years after, she enjoyed running and weight training. Her more recent fitness favorites are HITT, strength training, pilates and kickboxing. She is excited to begin a new journey with WFC and looks forward to growing the club and spreading the word about the awesome training and wide variety of classes and work outs available at WFC. Sara enjoys spending time with her three grown children and her 2 dogs…and is very grateful to God for this new opportunity at WFC.
